Linked by the same mythological monster, Hydra Knives and Hydra Design have teamed up to create the HECATE II, the evolution of Hydra Design’s project born in 2015.
Named for the Greek goddess of magic, witchcraft, the night, moon, ghosts and necromancy, this sturdy tactical fixed blade knife is characterized by an aggressive, but at the same time efficient, harpoon style blade.
The full-tang knife is made in Niolox steel and is available both in black and desert tan coating.
Like most of the tactical knives designed by Alessandra De Santis (aka Hydra Design), the HECATE II is distinguished by a guard with two triangular holes which, together with the hole at the end of the handle, refers the three-headed Hydra of her logo.
The ergonomic handle is made up of G10 scales, with three-dimensional sculpted texture, and offers a firm grip on the tool. The knife comes with a Kydex sheath with belt loop adapter, combined with soft rubber loop, for both horizontal and vertical carry.
